The holiday house is situated in a tranquil village named Boljevici on the east coast of Istria, near Labin. It is modern and tastefully furnished, featuring a spacious living-dining room with an open and well-equipped kitchen. The house offers 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub, the other with 2 single beds and an additional bathroom with shower/WC. Both bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV, windows, and mosquito screens. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace with cozy seating, where you can enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful views of nature and the pool.

The interior amenities include: 3x satellite TV, air conditioning (cold/warm), microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 2x refrigerator with freezer, 2x stove, vacuum cleaner, washing machine with dryer, iron, clothes rack, internet with free WLAN, high chair, baby cot, hairdryer, safe, bed linen, towels, and dish towels.

Das komplett umzäunte Grundstück bietet einen beheizten Pool und eine großzügige Sonnenterrasse mit vier Liegestühlen und zwei Sonnenschirmen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der überdachte Grillplatz mit Sommerküche, der zu gemütlichen Grillabenden mit Freunden und Familie einlädt. Ein separates WC im Poolbereich sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort. Zur weiteren Ausstattung im Außenbereich gehören vier Liegestühle mit bequemen Kissen, zwei Sonnenschirme, eine Außendusche, eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Schaukel mit Rutsche für Kinder. Es gibt Parkplätze für zwei Autos im Freien.

Im Mietpreis enthalten sind: Endreinigung, Nebenkosten, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Nutzung der Klimaanlage und kostenloses WLAN. Ein Haustier ist im Preis inbegriffen, für jedes weitere Haustier wird ein Aufpreis von 5 Euro pro Tag erhoben. Vor Ort ist eine Kaution von 200 Euro in bar zu hinterlegen. Die Poolheizung ist optional und kostet zusätzlich 100 Euro pro Woche. Check-in ist ab 14:00 Uhr möglich, Check-out bis 10:00 Uhr.

The town of Kršan is 2 km away. Restaurants are located 3 km away, Rabac Beach is 12 km away, and Plomin Luka Beach is 8 km away. The town of Labin is situated 9 km away.

It is recommended to visit the charming old town of Labin. The old town is known for its cafes, good restaurants, and rich cultural life, including concerts and festivals featuring jazz or classical music that take place during the summer. It is also worth exploring other places in this interesting area, including Kršan, Boljun, Hum, Kotli, Gračišće, and the Učka National Park. Other attractions in Istria:
