This charming panoramic house is located in a small place called Cekadi/Labin on the east coast of Istria and can accommodate up to 4 people. The idyllic residence is distinguished not only by its central location but also by a breathtaking sea view that will enchant your senses.

On the spacious ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room with a fireplace that seamlessly transitions into an open kitchen and dining area. The large panoramic window allows daylight to flood in and provides an impressive view of the sparkling sea.

The upper floor houses two cozy bedrooms, each air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed (180x200m) and a private bathroom with shower/WC. One of the bedrooms opens to a terrace with seating, from which you can enjoy a captivating panoramic view of the sea and the old town of Labin.

This house not only promises a relaxing stay but also an experience for the senses. The interior features a well-equipped kitchen, a coffee machine with a filter, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a gas stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, satellite TV, a travel cot, an iron, a clothes rack, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and mosquito nets.

Additionally, there is the option to optionally book our wellness area from September to May. The wellness area spans a generous 100m2 and includes a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna with chromotherapy, and a jacuzzi. For additional relaxation, various massages and lymphatic drainage/bodyforming with modern, professional equipment are available, which can be booked at any time. You have the opportunity to customize your individual wellness package according to your preferences. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

The covered terrace, surrounded by a refreshing, year-round usable pool (8x4m), invites you to relaxed hours in the open air. From September to May, the pool can be heated upon request and for an additional fee of 25 euros per day. The amenities include terrace furniture, a sun umbrella, four comfortable sun loungers, a solar outdoor shower, and a barbecue. The comprehensive services and fees include bed linen, towels, dish towels, air conditioning, internet access, free Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and the tourist tax already paid. Pets are welcome and can be brought along for a fee of 10 euros per day (additional pet upon request). A deposit of 300 euros is to be paid in cash on-site. Enhance your experience by additionally booking boat trips with an experienced skipper. Check in at/after 16.00 o`clock,check out at/before 10.00 o`clock.

Distances to various facilities and attractions in the area are as follows:

• Center: 700 m

• Shopping facilities: 400m

• Restaurants: 850 m

• Hiking trails: 1 km, suitable for mountain hikes Bicycle paths and mountain bike routes are available, with the option to rent bicycles and mountain bikes.

It is recommended to visit the charming old town of Labin. The old town is known for its cafes, excellent restaurants, and rich cultural life, including concerts and festivals featuring jazz or classical music, which take place during the summer. It is also worthwhile to explore other places in this interesting area, including Kršan, Boljun, Hum, Kotli, Gračišće und the Učka National Park. Other attractions in Istria:

  •  Arena of Pula: A well-preserved Roman amphitheater in Pula, built in the 1st century and now used for concerts and events.

 •   Euphrasian Basilica in Poreč: An early Christian basilica from the 6th century, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

 •   Rovinj: A picturesque coastal town with narrow streets, colorful houses, and an impressive church on a hill.

 •   Motovun: A medieval hilltown known for its film festival and truffles.

 •   Brijuni Islands: A national park with historical remains, a safari park, and a golf course.
