The house is decorated in a rustic style and spans two floors with a total area of 63 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (fifth child/baby). On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with an open fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and satellite TV. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower/WC/bidet.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm x 200 m) and access to the covered terrace (15 m2) with seating and a view of the sea and the old town of Labin. The second room has two beds (90 cm x 200 m), a window, and satellite TV. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), and a separate WC is also available.

The interior features include a coffee machine with a filter, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes rack, iron, vacuum cleaner, and a hairdryer. Mosquito nets are installed on each window.

Additionally, there is the option to optionally book our wellness area from September to May and which is situated in a next door house,cca 30m away The wellness area spans a generous 100m2 and includes a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna with chromotherapy, and a jacuzzi. For additional relaxation, various massages and lymphatic drainage/bodyforming with modern, professional equipment are available, which can be booked at any time. You have the opportunity to customize your individual wellness package according to your preferences. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

A beautiful large garden with a small forest covers an area of 7,000 m2 around the property. From the covered terrace, you can enjoy a view of the sea and the pool (8 m x 4 m, cleaned daily). Outdoor amenities include 4 sun loungers with cushions, 1 parasol, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a swing.

The services and fees included comprise bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and tourist tax. Pets are allowed, and the fee is included in the price. However, an additional fee of 10 euros per day may apply for each additional pet (additional dogs upon request). A deposit of 300 euros in cash is required on-site. Check in at/after 16.00 o`clock,check out at/before 10.00 o`clock.

Enhance your experience by booking additional boat trips with an experienced skipper, which can be arranged separately.

The location of the holiday home allows you to relish the tranquility of the surroundings, while the town center is just 700 m away. Shopping options are reachable at 400km, and restaurants at 850 m. The region also offers various activities such as hiking trails (1 km), mountain hikes, bike paths, and mountain biking routes.

The old town of Labin is worth a visit, renowned for its cafes, excellent restaurants, and a rich cultural life with concerts and festivals, including jazz or classical music, throughout the summer. Take the opportunity to explore other fascinating places in the vicinity, such as Kršan, Boljun, Hum, Kotli, Gračišće and the Učka National Park. Other attractions in Istria:

 •   Arena of Pula: A well-preserved Roman amphitheater in Pula, built in the 1st century and now used for concerts and events.

 •  Euphrasian Basilica in Poreč: An early Christian basilica from the 6th century, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

•   Rovinj: A picturesque coastal town with narrow streets, colorful houses, and an impressive church on a hill.

 •   Motovun: A medieval hilltown known for its film festival and truffles.

 •   Brijuni Islands: A national park with historical remains, a safari park, and a golf course.
