Entering through the living room, you access the covered terrace with a barbecue area and pool section. From there, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire property and the children’s playground. The exclusive 32 m² pool is at your disposal, though it is not heated.

The outdoor area includes a refreshing outdoor shower, 6 comfortable loungers, 2 umbrellas, stylish garden furniture, and a specially designed area for children. Entertainment options, such as a dartboard and a foosball table, complement the leisure offerings.

All amenities are already included in the rental price: tourist tax, energy costs, use of air conditioning, bed linen and towels, registration fee, final cleaning, as well as free internet (WLAN) and dish towels. On-site, only a deposit of 300 euros in cash is required. Check in at/after 16.00 o`clock,check out at/before 10.00 o`clock.

It is recommended to visit the charming old town of Labin. The old town is known for its cafes, good restaurants, and rich cultural life, including concerts and festivals featuring jazz or classical music that take place during the summer.
