A private pool is at your exclusive disposal, equipped with an indoor staircase (28 m2, 140 cm deep), available seasonally from May 1st to November 1st. The pool uses saltwater and is cleaned through environmentally friendly electrolysis processes. Right next to the pool is a partially covered outdoor kitchen with a spacious dining area, refrigerator, and barbecue facilities.

The terrace furniture, 6 loungers, 2 umbrellas, and a WC in the pool area ensure maximum comfort. For the little guests, there is a swing, ample parking for 4 cars outdoors. The entire property is completely fenced to ensure your privacy. Check in at/after 16.00 o`clock,check out at/before 10.00 o`clock.

The grocery store is 3 km away, the nearest supermarket is 15 km away, a restaurant is 3 km away, a pebble beach is 2.5 km away, and a rocky beach is 2.5 km away. A surf school is located 10 km away, tennis facilities are 18 km away, hiking trails start 100 m from the house, and there is a cycling path 150 m away.

It is recommended to visit the charming old town of Labin. The old town is known for its cafes, good restaurants, and rich cultural life, including concerts and festivals featuring jazz or classical music that take place during the summer.
